Movement & body work : tuning into its environment
In traditional Chinese medicine, we prevent rather than cure a health problem.
When the energy does not circulate correctly in your meridians, you may encounter various problems (muscle weakness, fatigue, organs not functioning properly…).
This is why the seasonal check-up is recommended to maintain the energetic harmony of your body. We suggest that you take a dance therapy course online to prepare your body and mind for each season, and to ensure that you always stay healthy!
Take care of your body and mind through movement
This bodywork and therapeutic work allows one to transcend certain blockages in a subtly modified state of consciousness, facilitated by the effect of sound vibrations.
The session starts by balancing the energy flow in the meridian of the season with self-acupressure and self-massage.
Japanese Qi Qong
Let’s prepare and strengthen your body to welcome the new season and prevent possible weaknesses through gentle stretching inspired by Do-in and Qi qong.
Reconnects your two cerebral hemispheres, activates your concentration and improves your physical abilities. Positive phrases are integrated with eye movements to facilitate your transformation.

Entering the gentle intuitive movement with invitations: we gradually embody the element of the season and connect it to our matter/body.

Goal: Body practice allowing the individual; considered as a whole, to overcome a blockage, to free oneself from stress, to manage one’s fears, to improve learning, to explore and express oneself through the body, and to improve the health of the body and mind by mobilizing all the resources of the individual.
Tools: Kinesiology and Brain gym, CBT, BMC, Eutony, Feldenkreis, oriental philosophy and energy (shiatsu, Qi gong, reiki), oriental philosophy (shinto, taoist, buddhist) etc.

Contact improvisation is a form of improvised dancing, which I also use for a therapeutic purpose to help the consultant to reconnect with their body. It involves the exploration of one’s body in relation to others by using the fundamentals of sharing weight, touch, and movement awareness. It has been developing internationally since 1972 by Steve Paxton a former aikido practitioner. I started practicing CI in 2007 and use my physical theater & biodynamic movement background to offer you a safe practice.
